Complete in box. There is light creasing to manual. There is a 1/2" nick on the spine edge of case. This is the Mega Drive PAL version of the game. Please research the version of Sega Genesis console you are using to make sure that the Mega Drive version of the game with work with your console. Many consoles will play it just fine, however there are some variant of consoles that will not play PAL Mega Drive games. We have tested it on two different Genesis consoles and it works fine.
