Collection: NINTENDO GAME PACK TRADING CARDS

Nintendo Game Pack trading cards were release in 1989 by the Topps brand in collaboration with Nintendo. They were a way for you to take your Nintendo gaming on the go with a fun mini game that you could play on each and every trading card! Each base card has a scratch and win game where you try and navigate your way to the next card by choosing the correct path. It was fun an innovative at the time. 

The series contained characters from Nintendo's most popular series at the time including, Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2, Zelda, Zelda II Double Dragon, and  Punch-Out!!

O-Pee-Chee cards were distributed in Canada with the licensing from Topps at the time to reproduce the cards for the Canadian market. These cards are a lot rarer as they were produced in smaller quantities and harder to find in good condition as O-Pee-Chee used a wire to trim their card sheets instead of a blade like most card companies at the time.
