Shipping policy
Retro Replay will package and ship orders as fast and safe as possible. However due to real world circumstances orders are not guaranteed to be shipped at any given time. Shipping, on average, will take between 1 and 5 business days, following original order date, to complete. There are many different factors that may effect the time from when an order is placed to when it has been shipped. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible but no guarantee is issued as to when this may be from the order date.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated. We do not increase, decrease or change any of the shipping rates. We have no control over what Canada Post charges for shipping to any area, either domestically or internationally.
Retro Replay is not responsible for any difference or discrepancy between charged shipping costs and actual shipping costs as shipping rates are not made by Retro Replay.
Retro Replay is not responsible for any shipping costs. All shipping costs falls under the responsibility of the customer unless specified already. For example if there is a minimum order amount for free shipping Retro Replay will abide by that agreement and cover shipping. However if that is not the case the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
All items are shipped in a way that Retro Replay feels is a safe and secure manner for the items. Damage to any order will not be reimbursed by Retro Replay if caused by shipping, or shipping services.
For example if an order and packaging is water damaged, crushed, smashed, squished, flattened, bent, torn, ripped or any other form of damage, this is not something that Retro Replay has done or is responsible for. The customer will be responsible for contacting the shipping service to get a resolution.
