This is the rarest of the rare when it comes to Care Bears plushies. Only released in the UK for an extremely short period of time, Loyal Heart Dog is not only the rarest Care Bear Cousins plush, but the rarest commercially produced Care Bear plush anywhere.
He is in absolutely amazing shape considering his age and rareness. There is some discoloration in some small areas on his fur, but that can be corrected and cleaned off with a careful hand. His eyes are fantastic. His nose is great. He still has his hair and his little tongue. The heart on his rear is in amazing condition and his tags have a little fraying around the edges but are still crisp, clear and easy to read.
