Loose cartridge. There is oxidization on the cartridge as shown. There is also a sticker on the front of the cartridge for Shimizu S-Pulse, which is a Japanese Professional Soccer Team. We felt that this sticker adds some history to the cartridge as it was placed there from the previous owner to support and be able to play as their favorite team. So we left it on there.
