This game is brand new factory sealed. It is a Canadian seal. This means that some sort of paperwork that needed to be included in French was added at the factory and then sealed there where it was inserted versus from the distributor. There is still a factory seal on the opening side of the case like normal, just the clear plastic is the Canadian French language seal.
