This is a thing of early 90s design beauty! The General II is a very uncommon variant of the more popular Westclox General alarm clock. With its tilt display, big bold buttons and massive 'drowse' bar it is a gorgeous alarm clock with the perfect amount of eye appeal.
It works just like a normal alarm clock. You set the time and you are good to go. It plugs into the wall for normal use and uses a 9V battery as a backup power source incase the power goes out. The display is nice and bright and the numbers are very easy to read. It is about the same size as a standard alarm clock and is a beautiful piece of retro technology.
