Loose cartridge. This game is some sort of weird homebrew hack made in Hong Kong back in the early 90s. It's a Mario game that never existed based on a Famicom game called Pizza Pop! Its super weird and odd, and an original homebrew hack is actually really rare. Perfect for any weird or oddball Nintendo collector. Also the cover art is the creepiest / funniest cover art we've ever seen!
